WELCOME TO THE PREP A BLOG!  HERE YOU WILL SEE MANY OF OUR LEARNING TASKS AND GET A GLIMPSE INTO WHAT WE DO AT SCHOOL. 

Here is our first day in Prep A.  We had such a great day getting to know each other. Don't you love our Prep crowns?




Last week in maths we studied 2D shapes.  One of our fun activities was making shape pizzas. We had to cut out the shapes and stick them onto our pizzas, then say how many of each shape was on our pizza. We really enjoyed this activity!

On the last day of term we had the Super Egg competition. Everyone was very excited to wear whatever we wanted, and we had our eggs decorated and ready to go.  After assembly we took our eggs outside ready for the heats.  Here is our race: We were very excited, and Eliza won our heat! That meant that she got to go into the semi final to see who raced against Super Egg in the final.  Eliza didn't win this race, but her big sister did! It was a fabulous and exciting way to end our first term in prep!
